Total annual subscription value is
USD 3 * 400 Users * 12 Months = USD 14400
Prospect will receive a 20% discount :
USD 14400 - USD 2880 = USD 11520 (To be paid)
You as a referrer receives a 20% bonus: USD 2304 or equivalent in INR, capped at USD 1428
