We have introduced the HRAPP CHATBOT.
It is an HRAPP assistant that communicates with us through text message. No more waits on hold your talk to a person over the phone. Chatbot makes HRAPP users life even easier, it provides information quickly and efficiently.

HRAPP enhancements we have introduced a Leave configuration.
It is easy to define the leave types dynamically based on the organization policy, Enhancements are made in three leave types,
-Maternity Leaves,
Quarter-wise leaves,
-Service-based leaves.
Leave type: Maternity Leave-HRAPP V 1.5.3.9

To check out the New Feature:
Employees->Leave-> Leave type-> Add your leave type as Maternity and configure the leave type based on your requirement.
After adding the leave type, Add the Leave enforcement configuration->Choose the Leave type-> Enter the child numbers-> Maximum leave days
Add the Leave once you configure.
Add the Dependent details in Employee Module.
Employee->Employees->Personal Info
Leave type: Quarter-wise Leave
To check out the New Feature:
Employees->Leave-> Leave type-> Add your leave type as Quarterwise leave and configure the leave type based on your requirement.
After adding the leave type, Add the Leave enforcement configuration->Choose the Leave type-> Enter the period -> Enter the Employment year-> Add the maximum leave days in a quarter wise.
Add the Leave once you configure.
Leave type: Service-based leave
To check out the New Feature:
Employees->Leave-> Leave type-> Add your leave type as Service based leave and configure the leave type based on your requirement.
After adding the leave type, Add the Leave enforcement configuration->Choose the Leave type-> Enter the employment service -> Enable Leave Accrual (Optional) -> Add the maximum leave days.
Add the Leave once you configure.
